LOWER GARDEN DISTRICT

The Lower Garden District is a cool neighborhood. And way more chill than it's neighbor (see Garden District). The LGD is a densely populated, parking nightmare that houses some of my favorite bars, eats, and shopping in town, hands down. In my humble opinion, it's the best stretch of Magazine Street. The neighborhood is also loaded with stunning old architecture and it's good mix gorgeous creepy mansions and shoe box sized apartments. Millionaires and service industry folks alike call it home. And that eclectic mix of residents gives it it's authentic New Orleans vibe. To learn more about it's history and such check out the neighborhood associations page, Coliseum Square Association.

Hi-Volt

My go-to 'Satellite office', Hi-Volt's got great healthy food options, damn good coffee, and that crunchy-hip vibe I love.

Sunday Shop

Sunday Shop is a new interiors shop along Magazine. They somehow bottled-up a bit of my essence and if I could afford to, I would own everything in there.
